Refund Policy
1. Return Policy
Customers can request a return if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy products) and personal care items may not be eligible for return.
3. Refund Policy
Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be provided via wallet or bank transfer.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Failed or Delayed Orders
If an order is not delivered due to any issue, a full refund will be processed.
